CRAFTER AND ARTISAN RULES AND REGULATIONS

We look forward to seeing you at the “Pioneer Frolic” festival, on Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24 at Maurice K. Goddard State Park.

· All crafters, artisans, and food vendors will be able to set up their booths at the following times: Friday, June 22, 2012 from 12 noon to 8:00 PM or Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 9:30 AM.

· Crafters, artisans and food vendors must supply their own tents or canopies, tables and display materials. All spaces are 14 feet wide by 18 feet deep.

· All displays must remain open until the closing time of the show each day, which is 5:00 PM. No displays may be dismantled before the close of the festival each day.

· All displays and tents or canopies must be removed from the park by 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 24, 2012.

· Crafter, artisan, vendor parking is within 100 to 150 yards from the vendor area. Parking spaces are not reserved, and are available on a first come, first served basis.

· State regulations do not permit raffles in the state park. Therefore you may not conduct raffles of any kind in your booth.

· RV’s, self contained campers, are permitted overnight in the designated vendor parking area. Please notify the park office prior to your visit to make arrangements if you intend to stay in the area. No hook-ups are available.
